I liked that they were quick and the mechanics were able to resolve the problem efficiently.
My switch board cut off and my car completely cut right across the street from the shop. I walked over to the shop and the AAMCO guy walked across the street with me and helped me get my car into the shop. The customer service was great he just stopped what he was doing to help me.
I was very happy with the service there and their quick turnaround was an added plus.This was my first time at this AAMCO and Les the owner there was very cordial and and the rest of the people were very nice too.
A while back my husband's car had trouble with the transmission and we took it to an AAMCO. Now my car was having trouble, so we found this AAMCO close to where we live now. We brought my car in and they were very nice and did a good job with it and fixed my car fast and I was very satisfied with that.
When I called, they said I could bring my vehicle right in. Lester the owner there was a good guy, he was very frank with me and explained everything very thoroughly, which is unusual sometimes. But I appreciated that he took the time to go through the whole thing and exactly what they'd do. I got a 3 year warranty on the transmission job they did and that was the best part about it.
